Roots, training and vocation
I am Mayka Mira Cartagena. I was born in the home of a Master Builder (as it used to be called), and I visited the construction site like a child visits a park. I heard talk of sacks of cement and small vaults like someone hearing the days of the week. When I think about why I am an Architect, I understand the meaning of the word VOCATION.
I am an Architect and Technical Architect, I like to live each project from beginning to end and see how, almost by magic, ideas become realities.
After years leading construction projects, I decided to focus on the branch that allows me to add more value and work more efficiently: technical documentation to resolve complex property situations, especially on rural land.
With over 20 years of experience and over 500 resolved cases on urban and rural land, my professional career has allowed me to learn that each property is unique and that each situation requires a technical and human approach at the same time.
